Australia delivery times, costs and terms
All items are posted as soon as possible. Delivery is usually 5-7 days, however may take longer depending on location. You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped, with a tracking number.
Mediterranean Mrs does not offer refunds on items that are showing status of being ‘delivered’. If you would like to take out insurance please contact us prior to purchasing.
International delivery times, costs and terms
All items are posted as soon as possible. Delivery is usually 1-3 weeks once posted, however may take longer depending on location. You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped, with a tracking number.
All International Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. If you have an enquiry about a certain product's weight, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note additional customs duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
TERMS:
By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the look and design of the product. Please do not spray hairspray, water or perfume directly on to pieces.
Be careful, jewellery will pull on the fine fibres.
All items are checked and packed safely to ensure they leave the studio in perfect condition. Returns on faulty items are accepted within 7 days non consistent with the above terms. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear after 7 days.
